Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has had his compensation case against St Etienne thrown out by a French tribunal.
Zouma, currently on-loan with Stoke City, and Napoli fullback Faouzi Ghoulam were seeking €2.8m in total from St Etienne for money owed.
But the tribunal has rejected their case, describing it as "ill-founded".
Indeed, the two players were ordered to pay €3,000 to ASSE for "abusive and dilatory proceedings".
