Crystal Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni has hailed the influence of caretaker manager Keith Millen.
Millen was in charge for defeat at Arsenal on Saturday.
Speroni said: "Keith's has been brilliant the last few days. It's not the first time he's been in this position.
"He was brilliant when Ian Holloway went, too, and for a long period of time because we didn't appoint immediately that time.
"We didn't have the time to change much this week, so we stuck to what we'd been practising.
"We were in excellent physical condition, and tried to stick to our plan.
"We're not going to lose that resilience. The spirit of this team is something I've never seen before.
"We can overcome anything. I guarantee that is going to continue. Whoever comes in is going to know he has a lot of quality and spirit to work with."
