England U21 coach Gareth Southgate has urged his young stars to think seriously about their careers.
Liverpool midfielder Raheem Sterling and West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino have both been linked with big club moves away.
But Southgate told the Daily Star Sunday: "I don't think money is the issue.
"They know if they're successful and playing well then that's going to be a product of what they do. There's always a possibility young players get distracted and sometimes make comments they regret.
"In the end you have focus on the football.
"One or two have career decisions to make.
"If they're thinking of moving, I'd advise them to go somewhere they're going to play and that allows them to keep developing."
