Southampton boss Koeman won't rush back Clyne

Southampton boss Ronald Koeman won't rush back injured England fullback Nathaniel Clyne.

Clyne missed the 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Sunday after sustaining a foot injury in the 3-1 victory at Crystal Palace, on Boxing Day.

He will be sidelined again tomorrow, as well as for this weekend's FA Cup third round tie with Ipswich, but Koeman expects he will be back in training next week.

"Normally he's now back home and he don't play normally against Ipswich, but after the weekend he will be back in training and normally he can play then after his first game," said the Saints boss.
