Henderson has been outstanding this season on-loan from Manchester United.
Sharp told the Sheffield Star: “Deano wants to make saves and keep clean sheets.
“He couldn't do that against Bournemouth, which he'll be disappointed about, but he couldn't do anything with their goal. He made a great save to keep it at 1-1 and help us win the game.
"He's been brilliant and I'd be impressed by him even if he wasn't playing for United, if he was putting in performances like he has been.
“He has made just one error this season and it's not up to me who picks England's No.1, but I have to say that he's the best goalkeeper I've ever played with and he's got a great career ahead of him."
