Ex-Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe is in talks to join Sheffield United.

The Blades are eager to add a center back to their squad before the Premier League season begins.

Tuanzebe, whose career is in danger of falling by the wayside, is a free agent this summer.

Per The Mail, Blades boss Paul Heckingbottom has been talking with Tuanzebe this week.

The club are also assessing Arsenal's Aaron Trusty, as they believe they can secure him on loan.

There is a chance the club may sign both defenders, but do face tough negotiations over Trusty, as Arsenal want to sell him permanently.
