Sheffield Utd boss Heckingbottom warns Man Utd and Hojlund ahead of Bramall Lane clash

Sheffield United boss Paul Heckingbottom has fired a warning at Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund ahead of tonight's clash.

The Dane goes to Bramall Lane on the back of a nasty battle with San Marino's players in midweek.

Heckingbottom said: “Hojlund has looked the part and is an exciting addition to the league.

“He works hard and has got pace and power and that desire to get in the box to score a goal. He's really impressed me so far.

“We know it's not just about him and, similar to Manchester City, they have got moments in them as a team to take the game away from you.

“We know concentration will be key, but at the same time it's also about us trying to hurt them."

A sold-out Bramall Lane will generate an electric atmosphere tonight.

He added: “I want the fans to show how much support they have for the team.

“The only way out of this and to start getting results is by doing it together.

“Certain things have gone against us, but with everything that's been thrown at us, are we going to accept our fate and roll over, or are we going to fight?"

“It's the same for the fans, I want them to enjoy what this season brings."
