Sheffield United manager Paul Heckingbottom has tried to lift his players as they struggle in the Premier League.
The Blades have yet to win a game in the top flight after promotion from the Championship.
Only two teams in English football have not won a game this season, the Blades and Cheltenham Town in League One.
“We've lost so many players but we've got what we've got," Heckingbottom told reporters.
“It's up to me, the staff, the players to enjoy this battle and enjoy the problems the Premier League poses."
“I can't be faulting the effort," added Heckingbottom.
“I've been in that dressing room and it's still the best job in the world. The players won't feel it now but it is.
“And I've probably got the second-best job."
