England great Alan Shearer says Arsenal strikers Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette should be furious with their teammates.

After their defeat to Leicester City, Shearer believes Aubameyang and Lacazette are not getting sufficient service upfront for Arsenal, insisting he would be fuming in their position.

“I'll put myself in their position, Aubameyang and Lacazette," he said.

“What the manager is asking them to do is play slightly wider and track the full-backs.

“I wouldn't mind doing that on the proviso that when we get the ball then we're going to create chances, we're going to hit Leicester on the break and have neat, tidy passing.

“I don't mind going backwards but give me something that I can go and feed off the other way.

“There was nothing. There was one effort from Lacazette in the first half where he should've scored.

“There was nothing being fed up to these guys to run in behind. I'd be screaming in the dressing room afterwards saying come on give me something to feed on."
