Authorities have found seat cushions believed to be from the missing aircraft carrying Emiliano Sala have been found on a beach in France.
The two cushions were located near Surtainville on the Colentin Peninsula in the north of France.
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch will now conduct an underwater search for four square miles for the missing plane.
It will commence this weekend and last for three days.
The AAIB search is separate from the GoFundMe-funded private search, but the two parties are now working together.
Sala and pilot David Ibbotson have been missing since last Monday after their plane disappeared around the English Channel.
