Schalke management are staying calm over the future of Jean-Clair Todibo.

The young defender is on-loan at S04 from Barcelona this season and his form has caught the eye of Everton and Newcastle United.

Todibo's loan deal includes a permanent option worth €25m and Schalke are comfortable with the situation.

"We have nine games left. After that there is enough time," said Schalke sports director Jochen Schneider.

Indeed, Schalke are quietly confident of extending Todibo's loan into next season.
