Sassuolo coach Alessio Dionisi has made it clear he wants Domenico Berardi to stay.

The striker cast doubt on his future with Sassuolo yesterday.

Dionisi responded, stating: "Our objective is to maintain the category and enhance the squad. Sometimes someone feels passing through and building an open market group isn't easy.

"For a coach, the business card is the team, a coach wishes to train as many good players as possible and at the same time he needs the support of the club, and I have it here , I feel it. It is clear that in the third season we would like to raise the bar. I am satisfied with those who have arrived because they have ambition, at the same time who is there is fundamental.
