Sassuolo chief Giovanni Carnevali has revealed Inter Milan are in talks for Gianluca Scamacca and Davide Frattesi.
Carnevali admits Inter want striker Scamacca and midfielder Frattesi for the summer market.
He said, "There was never any chance of them leaving in January, because we had no desire to sell these young plays.
“There are clubs interested in them, it is a problem when no clubs are interested.
“Inter were one of teams that moved first, but there are also requests from foreign clubs. We're lucky to have players of this quality, and we'll consider what to do next under the right conditions."
