Jadon Sancho insists he is happy with life at Borussia Dortmund amid rumours linking the England starlet with a return to Manchester City.

The 18-year-old has scored five goals and provided eight assists for Dortmund, who are unbeaten in Bundesliga so far this season.

Such form has caught the attention of Sancho's former club City, but the winger says Dortmund is the right place for his development.

Speaking to Sport Bild, Sancho said: "You can see right now, I play a lot here.

"It is important for young players to develop. You never know what will happen in the future, but I'm really happy right now."

City's rivals Manchester United have also been linked with a move for Sancho in recent weeks.
