Former AS Roma sports director Walter Sabatini is backing Francesco Totti's return to the club.
The former captain has declared he's ready to take up a management position with Roma.
Sabatini told Radio Cusano: “Totti is an added value everywhere.
"Honestly, I don't give importance to the fact that they made peace, they never actually argued, there was only a moment of misunderstanding that depended on Francesco's decline. The decline of a great champion is always tragic, dramatic, it is for all champions and it was also for Francesco. Then a thousand stories came out.
"Today Francesco does justice in some way by saying that nothing significant happened, maybe they could find a strong harmony, he would benefit the national team a lot, but I think that Francesco can also be very useful to Roma, especially to this Roma."
