Roma veteran Nemanja Matic slammed teammates after their 1-1 draw with Torino.

Matic managed an injury time equaliser to earn Roma a point at home on Monday night.

He said, "There was a reaction after the goal conceded, we had a penalty and then we scored. It wasn't easy to score another goal in the last minute. Our team needs to improve a lot because playing like this isn't good for our fans and we need to do more.

"Before the match we wanted to win, but Torino played very well and I think a point will be good because we took it at the last minute. As the coach said at half-time, we have to play much better because against teams like Torino it's difficult, if our team doesn't play very well it's not easy to win."

Asked what is missing at Roma, Matic added: "Mentality."
