Barcelona hero Rivaldo is backing Vitor Roque for success with the Blaugrana.

The Athletico Paranaense striker will move to Barca in 2024 - potentially in January.

Rivaldo said, "He has to play the way he's playing, arrive calmly, with the personality to play, he's going to have the support of the fans.

"He just has to be calm, not be afraid or shy. Go on the attack because Spanish football is very easy for play, he's going to have spaces and he's sure to stand out. He has to come with personality to play.

"The fans will be with him and the group too.

"If he plays like he is doing in Brazil, I'm sure he's going to be successful at Barcelona."
