French pundit Daniel Riolo says Kylian Mbappe will leave PSG for Real Madrid this summer.

Mbappe informed PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he will leave at the end of the season when his deal expires.

In response, Riolo told RMC: "The decision had already been made some time ago. Kylian quickly cleared up his doubts. The only thing left to know was when he would officially communicate it to Al Khelaifi. That's how it was written since the signing of the last contract and that was his intention. Its completion will imply his departure from the club.

"The (president) Macron episode was overrated. The president asked him to stay in France, but I don't know to what extent that suggestion could have been decisive. In the end, the decisions are made by him together with his family, especially his mother. This time not even Macron will be able to convince him of the decision he has made. He is 100% sure.

"He has been at PSG since the summer of 2017. These days it is rare for players to stay at a club for so long, although in his case they have earned a lot of money. He has been in Ligue 1 for a long time and it is not crazy at all that he wants to leave. He seeks new challenges. No other player at that level has spent so much time in the French league. He planned and built his career thinking about leaving PSG at some point. That moment has arrived.

"The club he wants is Real Madrid and, unless that club no longer wants him, he will go to Real Madrid. There is no doubt about that."
