Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman has blocked two potential signings offered by management.

RAC1 says Koeman has advised against two proposals made by management, specifically: Cristian Romero, from Atalanta, and Renato Sanches, from Lille.

In the case of Argentina defender Romero, Koeman gave his 'no' because he considers his profile is already covered in the current squad with the signing of Eric Garcia this summer.

In the case of Portugal midfielder Sanches, agents for the Lille midfielder had offered him to Barça, but Koeman was unconvinced.

Barca so far have added four additions to the senior squad: Sergio Aguero, Memphis Depay, Eric and Emerson Royal.
