Inter Milan are closing on a deal for Manchester United striker Alexis Sanchez.

Alexis has been encouraged to find himself a new club by United.

Sky Italia's Gianluca Di Marzio reports he has agreed personal terms with Inter, taking a significant pay cut to help the move go through.

Alexis' agent Fernando Felicevich will fly out to England for negotiations with United.

A loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season, most likely with a clause making it obligatory after a certain number of appearances, would be suitable for all parties.
