Arsenal captain Pierre Emerick Aubameyang is eager to hear from Barcelona about a move this month.

That's according to Mundo Deportivo, which reports Barca chiefs have received word he would welcome a move to the Catalans.

With less than 18 months on his Gunners deal and facing another season without Champions League football, Aubameyang has let it be known to Barca that he would be receptive if they can find an agreement with Arsenal.

However for their part, Barca know for any chance to bring Arsenal to the negotiating table it will be down to the player to kick up a fuss. And as club captain, it would put the Gabon international in a difficult position.
