The summer loan signing from Tottenham was not expected to fulfill more than a stop gap role.

However, Reguilon has started regularly at left-back in recent weeks and put in assured displays.

Per Fabrizio Romano, staff at United are extremely pleased with how Reguilon has been working.

He has been able to follow the instructions of manager Erik ten Hag so far.

The 26-year-old has been impressive going forward, albeit a little lax defensively.
