Real Mallorca coach Javier Aguirre satisfied with Alaves draw

Real Mallorca coach Javier Aguirre will take the point after their 1-1 draw at Alaves.

Mallorca needed a late equaliser from Matija Nastasic for the draw.

Aguirre said: "We had done merits not to lose it. I was savoring another cruel night, but we changed the system, we were aggressive, we tied and the team continued towards victory. Today we did not deserve to lose. You leave with the little thing of we did a lot of things well. The best thing about the night is that no one got hurt.

"There are no excuses. On the plane I will either watch Real Sociedad (for their Copa tie) or I will read the end of a book I am reading. I already saw Real Sociedad yesterday. I will read.

"The team leaves tired, angry, but we did what we had to do, it wasn't enough for us to win. Leaving empty would have been very sad and cruel. Reinforced, I don't know the players know how to isolate themselves. They don't give it (the Copa) too much thought. I treat it naturally. It will be complicated, but we want to do something."
