Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior has hit out at his Brazilian critics.
Vinicius left Flamengo last summer for Real having been criticised by local media and opposition players.
He said, "The people at the club treat me very well. What helped me a lot was my family at home.
"The critics? I left the biggest club in America for the best club in the world. I am relaxed, because I play for the best now, I play for the biggest team in the world. I played for Flamengo, who was the biggest there too, with the biggest fans, and I do not listen to people on the Internet. I listen to people at home, who want my best, who know what to do, what to work for, who know what I did to get where I am.
"The haters have even said that I will not wear the jersey of Real. When I was called in Team B, I asked if I could play there because it's better than staying at home."
