Real Madrid players rallied to support David Alaba after Sunday's knee injury.

The Austria defender has suffered an ACL injury and is now out for the season.

“When you win and lose at the same time…," said Real midfielder Toni Kroos.

Toni Rüdiger, his partner in the centre of the defence, also wanted to offer words of support for his teammate: “We are with you, my brother."

Eder Militao, another of the Madrid players now recovering from an ACL himself, posted “Together", with a photo in which he appears with his Alaba and with Thibau Courtois.
