Real Madrid have made contact with Chelsea captain Cesare Azpilicueta.
Sport says Real have sounded out the Spain veteran about a return home in January.
With Alvaro Odriozola wanted by AS Roma, Real fancy selling the fullback and replacing him with Azpilicueta.
The veteran was linked with Barcelona over the summer before signing a new deal with the Blues.
Azpilicueta has a contract with Chelsea to 2024 and could be available in January for €6m.
