Real Madrid hero Ivan Helguera admits he's a fan of Carlo Ancelotti's team this season.

Helguera says the biggest strength is their physical power.

He told AS: "I really like how they play, but it is also true that Real Madrid is a very physical team. Bellingham is a marvel physically and an outrage. Also, although it may not seem like it, Vinicius is.

"He hasn't stopped playing for two years in a row. It's a shame at the back because quite a few players have been injured, but they are all also marvelous. That helps the team a lot. And on top of that they play football very well.

"No (this isn't a surprise), because seeing how Ancelotti is, I think he has all the players very well mentally. Not only in defence, but in attack Joselu doesn't usually play much, but when he comes out he scores goals and he does it very well.

"One of the mistakes that great teams usually have is not having all the players mentally active when they are needed. And Ancelotti has done that very well. In defence, Nacho, who has not been playing with such regularity, has done perfectly.

"(Aurelien) Tchouameni, who was injured, has returned and suddenly they put him at centre back and he has done very well."
