Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is struggling to make Sunday's El Clasico against Barcelona.

The Belgian did not train today just 72 hours before the match. He is still affected by the sciatica that has forced him out of the team in recent weeks.

Everything indicates that tomorrow, Friday, will be the definitive test to see if he will be fit for Sunday. His sciatica problems have not yet subsided and his presence in Sunday's Clásico is still up in the air.

There's a belief inside the club that Courtois won't make the El Clasico, with Andriy Lunin due to again deputise.

Lunin was between the posts for this week's 1-1 draw with Champions League opponents Shakhtar Donetsk.
