Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti feels their 0-0 draw with Rayo Vallecano was a "wake-up call".

However, he insists the performance deserved more on the day.

Ancelotti said, "If we evaluate only the result... it's a wake-up call. I can't just evaluate a game based on the result. I have to be sad when you win and the team doesn't play well. The team has shown its face and for me it's enough.

"We are hurt by the result, not by the game. It was a game in which we deserved to win and others, in which we did not deserve it, and we won it.

"There is no drama... there is confidence that we are going to do things good."
