Real Madrid coach Ancelotti accepts fans jeers: They're right to be unhappy

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti insists he has no problem with the demands of the home support.

For Saturday's win against Alaves, Real's players were booed and whistled before turning the game around after halftime.

Ancelotti said, "We have talked about it this week, it is difficult for us to enter games with the necessary intensity, it is a weakness that we have had and that we are going to fix.

"Since Bilbao we have had more difficulties in the first-half than in the second. The rivals press a lot in the first and then slow down and we feel better.

"The public evaluates the game, they didn't like what we were doing in the first half and they liked the second. We agree with what the public thinks, nobody in the dressing room was happy with the first half, we needed to do more, we have done so and they have appreciated it because in the second half the fans were happy.

"The fans are behind as always, when we play well they appreciate it and when we don't, they are not happy. They are hooked, they want the team to win the Liga. It is normal that when you don't play well and don't score they want a reaction."
