RB Leipzig join battle for Arsenal striker Balogun

Arsenal are set to cash in on their young sensation Folarin Balogun this summer.

The United States international had an outstanding loan spell at Reims in Ligue 1 last term.

The 21-year-old scored 23 goals in 39 appearances for the French side in all competitions.

Now journalist Fabrizio Romano states that Arsenal will look to take advantage of widespread interest in Balogun.

"French clubs Monaco and Marseille are interested. German clubs; especially Red Bull Leipzig and Italian clubs too," said Romano on CBS Sports Morning Footy show.

"Inter and [AC] Milan are both exploring this possibility. They are still waiting to understand how much the asking price is going to be. We know both clubs don't have big money to spend on the market, so it depends.

"For Balogun, there are many clubs in the race. I think this is something for July, not for now. But he is going to be on the move."
