RB Leipzig coach Marco Rose expects to face Jude Bellingham when meeting Real Madrid this week.

There's injury doubts for Bellingham ahead of the Champions League round 16 tie first-leg.

Rose said: "If he doesn't play, there are others like Brahim or they may play 4-3-3 with Joselu in the attack.

"There are small details in the Madrid game that will change, he is a very important player. I've had him for a year (at Borussia Dortmund), he's a great kid, with a great mindset, he moves very well."

Rose also said: "I won't believe he's out until he's not in the stadium tomorrow! I know Jude, he will do his best to play the Champions League game. He might see other doctors, it is not known, I have read a lot. We will see if it is or is not."

He added: "If Joselu plays, he is very good in the air. And they have other players who can score. We are talking about Real Madrid, it is one of the strongest in Europe at the moment. We want to face them, in possession, create opportunities. It's what we need."
