Manchester United must consult INEOS on every major decision going forward.

The Red Devils are in the process of bringing in the Sir Jim Ratcliffe-owned company as an investor.

Ratcliffe will be on United's board and will have full sporting control when the investment is ratified.

A document detailing the investment has indicated that United cannot make any big moves until INEOS are in the door.

Even as the investment is ratified, United must consult Ratcliffe on any significant moves.

For instance, neither manager Erik Ten Hag or the football director John Murtough can be sacked without INEOS approval.
