Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford sent a message to former teammate Jesse Lingard after victory over Nottingham Forest.
Lingard played 53 minutes of Forest's trip to Old Trafford on Tuesday night, as Forest fell to a 3-0 defeat, but had to be withdrawn due to injury. He did however receive a warm reception from the home crowd when making his way around the pitch to the dugout.
After the full-time whistle, Lingard also took the chance to catch up with some of his old teammates. The Forest man swapped shirts with fellow academy graduate Rashford as well as having a post-match chat with goalkeeper David De Gea.
Following the reunion, Rashford posted his response to the meeting on Instagram.
Alongside a picture of the two on the pitch after the match with the caption: “More than just a friend, Good to see you bro," Lingard then replied with: “All love bro."
