Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia rates Diego Milito ahead of Napoli star Edinson Cavani.

Milito scored nine goals in 20 Serie A games this term until his season was ended by knee ligament damage.

"Is Cavani the hardest player to mark? They always ask me this and I always say the same thing - it's Milito and fortunately I'm on the same team as him now," the former Genoa man told Inter Channel.

"Of course Cavani is a very good player, as is Miroslav Klose who we play against on Wednesday."
