Rangers veteran David Weir is looking forward to Thursday's Europa League Round of 16 first leg against Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven.
'Gers meet Fred Rutten's high-flying red and whites at Philips Stadion this week in a vital European fixture and Weir admits it will be nice to get away from the fishbowl of Scottish football.
"You get a wee bit of energy from these games to be honest," he said.
"It's nice to go and play different teams in different stadiums and get away from the madness that is Glasgow."
Rangers got past Portuguese outfit Sporting Lisbon on away goals after their two-legged tie ended 3-3 whilst Eindhoven swept past French club Lille with a 5-3 aggregate win.
