Rangers are determined to keep Sasa Papac and Sone Aluko at the club as they chase a fourth straight Scottish title.
The pair are out of contract in the summer but Ally McCoist is keen to secure their services with Papac keen to return home to Bosnia and Aluko only signing a short-term deal in November.
"We're keen to hold on to them both.
"Sone has been a breath of fresh air.
"Sasa had a couple of periods out through illness but he is so solid. He's performed very well in all his years at the club.""Outwith the current climate and the condition we are in, I'd have to say Sone and Sasa deserve new deals. Of that there is no doubt," he said.
