Mino Raiola is plotting a new deal to try and get Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Roma.
The Armenian desperately wants to stay in the Italian capital after spending this season on loan from Arsenal.
But the Serie A club are struggling to meet the Gunners demands.
Corriere dello Sport says Raiola is trying to tee up a swap deal between the two clubs, with Justin Kliuvert heading to the Emirates.
The North London club will also have to pay £11-13m on top to sign the Dutch winger.
Kluivert has scored seven goals in 27 appearances for Roma this season and is the son of Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert.
