Former Middlesbrough midfielder Robbie Mustoe hailed the performance of Christian Eriksen in Manchester United's defeat of Arsenal.

NBC pundit Mustoe was effusive in his praise for summer signing Eriksen after his starring role in United's fourth straight win.

"I mean, absolutely superb. Absolutely superb," said Mustoe. "He's making the whole team look different.

"Eriksen's difference in midfield, the ability to play forward passes, the ability to combine with Bruno who's a player, and they get on the same wavelength...is game changing."

Former Wimbledon star Robbie Earle also said: "The quality of Christian Eriksen, particularly in midfield on a free transfer -- we'll talk about Antony and the goal and the 100 million dollars -- [but] the connection between Eriksen and Bruno is something new, different and makes Manchester United better."
