Dutch pundit Valentin Driessen can see Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag making a new attempt for Brian Brobbey.

Brobbey, when leaving RB Leipzig last summer, turned down United to re-sign for Ajax.

But he could be on the move again this summer and Driessen said: “If Ten Hag is on the doorstep for Manchester United, I still want to see him take it."

Fellow pundit Mike Verweij also revealed: "There is also a lot of interest for Brian Brobbey. There are now Italian and English top clubs that have informed, only Brian Brobbey is fortunately wise enough – together with his management – to say that it is much better to stay at Ajax."
