PSG see shirt sales soar since World Cup final

PSG have seen shirt sales soar since the World Cup final.

The impact of Leo Messi and Kylian Mbappe has multiplied exponentially and Paris Saint-Germain can take full advantage of the benefits.

PSG, according to L'Equipe, have seen Messi's jersey sales increase by 200 percent. According to the Parisian website, 40 percent of buyers are from the United States.

The battle between Barcelona great Messi and Mbappe, teammates at the Parc des Princes, made the final even more epic.

Messi scored a brace and assisted another, while Mbappe scored a hat-trick, a milestone that only Geoff Hurst had previously achieved in a World Cup final for England in 1966.
