Portsmouth have rejected a second bid from West Bromwich Albion for defender Marc Wilson.
Pompey administrator Andrew Andronikou has confirmed West Brom's £3million offer plus add-ons has been refused.
Andronikou has not ruled out Wilson leaving before the transfer window closes, but insists manager Steve Cotterill is not looking to sell.
"West Brom offered us £3m plus add-ons but that has been turned down," Andronikou told the Portsmouth News.
"Steve Cotterill does not want to sell such an important player.
"At the moment, as a club he is not a player we have identified to sell.
"We will have to wait and see what happens."
