Manchester United youngster Facundo Pellistri is beginning to understand the demands placed on him.
The Uruguayan youngster believes that wingers at United are expected to attack and defend with similar intensity.
Pellistri has been used more often by club boss Erik ten Hag this season, but is still not a regular.
"Nowadays, football is, each time, difficult. You can't have holidays so you have to keep training during any holidays," the 21-year-old told club media.
“So that's why everyone keeps pushing because now the seasons are, every time, harder.
“And if we want to win everything, we have to train that way. It's how it is now.
“And, of course, we do what we like. We like to play. We want to play lots of games and, if you don't train, you can't do that."
