Claudio Pasqualin has had his say on Juventus' summer signings Paul Pogba and Angel di Maria.

Pogba, since returning from Manchester United this summer, is yet to make his 'second debut' for Juve, while Di Maria's time has also been blighted by injury.

Pasqualin, on Pogba, told TMW: "These situations are always around the corner when an injury is involved, especially if the process has not been really linear. The choices are unquestionable, it is right that the player decides with his head, but in the state of the proceedings the decisions made were not the best for a prompt recovery."

On Di Maria, he also said: "So far it has not been fully satisfactory. For a number of circumstances, even unfortunate ones, it made him below expectations. The Argentine, however, has time to redeem himself, the conquest of the World Cup is a fantastic charge for anyone, let alone a player with a superfine class."
