BELGRADE: Ukrainian champs Shakhtar Donetsk went top of Group H thanks to a 3-0 away win over Partizan Belgrade.

With Arsenal losing to Braga, Shakhtar went a step closer to getting through to the second phase due to three second-half goals from Taras Stepanenko, Jadson and Eduardo.

Stepanenko volleyed home from close range in the 52nd minute before Jadson finished a Darijo Srna cross seven minutes later.

Substitute Eduardo made it 3-0 with just over 20 minutes left when he finished with his trusty left foot to give Shakhtar all three points, putting them in a strong position to reach the next phase ahead of their final group stage match against Braga on December 8.
