Oxford.vitalfootball reports Henry-Francis is reportedly being chased by three League One clubs.
Oxford United are one of the aforementioned sides who want to bring the 18-year-old in on loan this summer.
And Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is willing to let Henry-Francis leave, the report also states.
