Osasuna are waiting on Wolves to make an offer for defender David Garcia.

AS says Garcia has been discussed at Wolves where new manager Julen Lopetegui has recommended his signing ahead of the January market.

Osasuna are aware of Lopetegui's opinion, but club sources insist there's been no direct contact.

Should Wolves make their interest formal, Osasuna will refer them to Garcia's €20m buyout clause.

The centre-half is widely regarded as being in career best form this season in Pamplona.
