Nottingham Forest are closing on a deal for Atalanta midfielder Remo Freuler.

TMW says Forest have offered €7m for the Switzerland international.

For their part, Atalanta values Freuler at €10m.

The player, in turn through his entourage, has already initiated contact with the Premier League club and made clear he was available for the transfer.

Negotiations are continuing, with Freuler ready to leave La Dea after six years with the Serie A club.
