Nottingham Forest are bidding for Udinese midfielder Lazar Samardzic.

The Serbia international saw a move to Inter Milan fall through earlier this month over an agents' row.

Samardzic remains available from Udinese and Forest are keen.

Tuttomercatoweb says Forest are ready to make a bid of €12m. However, Udinese are demanding at least €15m to sell.

Last season, Samardzic scored five goals and provided four assists in 37 matches in Serie A. His contract with Udinese expires in the summer of 2026.
