Chelsea have failed with a new offer for Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy.
The Daily Express says Chelsea have had a second improved offer of £6million for Ruddy rejected by Norwich.
Chelsea were met with a swift rejection by the Carrow Road club, who want £10m for the 26-year-old.
